By booking a service with Es Hair & Makeup Artist, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking & Deposits: To secure your appointment, I require a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your final payment. This deposit guarantees your booking and is necessary due to the high demand for my services.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a future booking at my discretion.
- Travel Fees: Additional travel fees apply for on-location services outside of the Middlesex area. The fee is calculated based on distance and travel time.
- Liability: I take great care in selecting and using high-quality products, but I am not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please ensure you inform me of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
